Challenges and Opportunities of Romania in the Innovation Union 2012-2020

The round table organized by the European Development Platform and the Ministry of European Affairs focused on presenting major importance projects for our country and the EU by developing competitiveness and infrastructure centers that will allow implementation of research and innovation projects in the next “Program – Horizon 2020”. Regional development and strategic European partnerships are favored by creating unique facilities for research and innovation through the use of structural European funds and development of new technologies, products and services with great impact over competitiveness. The Innovation Union aims to turn ideas into jobs, ecological development and social progress, innovative partnership, international scientific cooperation and the development of a single innovation market.
